Due to recent issues and guidelines we will be closed until Thursday 4th June 2020, we will be expecting deliveries of PPE equipment and training between this time so we can service our customers during this pandemic period.
We would like to reassure all our customers that Stealth Alarms Ltd will be continuing to provide maintenance visits, repair/fault-finding & installation during this unsettled time. We will at every stage during this situation be monitoring the government advice and we will close the business temporarily if needed.
Our continuing commitment is to provide our customers with the highest level of service and response and to ensure the on-going protection of property and life via fitted security systems.
We currently have good stream of available stock from our suppliers, however installation lead times maybe impacted by deliveries.
We understand that some customers may not be in a position to have our engineers attend site right now and we will work with them to ensure their servicing schedule is kept up to date, whilst keeping the health of their people and our people at the forefront of our minds.
We advise customers that if they need to postpone any routine maintenance/service visits, we strongly recommend gaining written confirmation that this is acceptable from their insurance providers to ensure continuity of insurance cover.
Those customers that are coming to the end of their warranty periods and can not let a engineer within their property will be sent emails on how we can complete a remote service and send electronic service reports to them - with a view to doing a physical service in the future.
Our operational and engineering team have been provided with additional hand-hygiene training and report into the office daily to ensure that they have not been in contact with any at-risk persons. Although we currently have limited stock of PPE equipment, we do have more on the way for our field team. We would never send out a team without having the correct PPE equipment in the vans no matter how low risk the job is deemed to be.
